Samuel - Founder of Property Masters
Samuel is the driving force behind Property Masters. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, carpentry, and construction, he has spent his career developing the skills and knowledge necessary to maintain and improve residential and commercial properties.
Throughout his years in the industry, Samuel saw firsthand how difficult it was for homeowners and property investors to find contractors who were dependable, honest, and consistent in the quality of their work. That experience inspired him to create Property Masters, a company built on professionalism, craftsmanship, and trust.
What started as a small operation providing maintenance services quickly grew into a respected company trusted by homeowners, property managers, and real estate investors throughout the Sacramento and Northern California region.
Today, Samuel continues to expand Property Masters with a clear vision: to become one of Northern California’s most trusted construction and property maintenance companies while also opening doors for young people to gain real-world experience in the construction trades.
Through mentorship, training, and opportunity, Samuel is committed to helping the next generation build skills in carpentry, maintenance, and construction, while continuing to deliver honest and reliable service to every client.
